These Terms of Use govern your use of The Cupsar. By creating an account, submitting content, accessing photos, or otherwise using the service, you agree to follow these terms and the linked Content Rules.

Who may use the site

Public text reviews may be visible to visitors. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit reviews or photos, access approved photos, or otherwise use account-only features.

Use a display name that does not identify you in real life. Do not use another person's name, impersonate anyone, or create an account for someone else without permission.

Your account and submitted content

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the accuracy of the information you submit. Keep your password private and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting a review, photo, rating, fit detail, or other content, you give The Cupsar permission to store, process, moderate, display, and remove that content as needed to operate the service and enforce its rules.

Submit only content you created yourself or have the right to use. Do not submit someone else's photos, private information, copyrighted material, or content obtained without permission.

Reviews, fit information, and decisions

Reviews describe individual experiences. They can be useful for comparison, but they are not medical advice, professional fitting advice, a product guarantee, or a promise that a bra will fit you the same way.

The Cupsar does not guarantee that reviews, ratings, measurements, catalog details, links, or other user-submitted information are complete, current, or correct. Use your own judgment before making a purchase or fit decision.

Photos and privacy

Photos are optional. Approved review and profile photos are for logged-in adult users only and are moderated before publication. Guests are not allowed to view photo files, including through direct links.

You must follow the privacy and identity rules in the Content Rules. A photo may be declined even when it is otherwise useful if it could reasonably identify you or another person.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, approve, reject, hide, edit for formatting, remove, or restrict content and accounts when needed to protect privacy, safety, accuracy, site operations, or compliance with these terms. Moderation is not a promise that every problem will be caught.

We may suspend or close accounts involved in repeated rule violations, spam, fraud, harassment, attempts to bypass photo protections, automated scraping, or activity that puts the service or its users at risk.

Technical safeguards and abuse prevention

To protect accounts, photos, and site availability, The Cupsar may use technical safeguards such as rate limits, account and IP-based restrictions, temporary cooldowns, upload limits, automated abuse detection, security challenges, logging, and access controls.

Limits may vary by action and may change as needed. Do not attempt to bypass, probe, defeat, or interfere with these controls.

Keep testing limited and non-disruptive. Do not access, download, alter, retain, or expose another person's data. Do not disrupt the service, use social engineering, send spam, or publicly disclose an issue before giving us a reasonable opportunity to address it. Report the issue privately with enough detail for us to reproduce it.

Changes, availability, and contact

The Cupsar may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed. We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version will always be posted on this page.
